吲哚聚酮类化合物的研究进展

摘 要】聚酮类化合物是一类具有结构多样性和生物活性多样性的天然产物。它的来源广泛,包括细菌、真菌和植物等均能代谢产生,并且它的结构也很多样,因为在抗肿瘤等方面具有广阔的应用前景,所以有很重要的意义。吲哚生物碱是一类重要的有机分子,含有一个或多个吲哚或二氢吲哚基团。 他们作为次级代谢产物广泛分布在细菌,真菌,植物和动物中。已经证明一些吲哚生物碱具有细胞毒性,镇痛作用,抗菌作用,神经原性,免疫抑制作用,干细胞分化调节作用等。因此很多研究小组致力于发现更具生物活性的含有吲哚基团的新生物碱。但很少有聚酮化合物-吲哚杂化物(PIHs),且吲哚聚酮类化合物手性碳数量多,造成构型复杂,因此要将绝对构型定下来。此外绝对构型的确定比较困难,很有技术难度。

Research progress on fluorene ketones

[Abstract]Polyketones are a class of natural products with structural diversity and biological diversity.It has a wide range of sources, including bacteria, fungi and plants, and its structure is also very diverse, because it has broad application prospects in anti-tumor, so it is of great significance. Indole alkaloids are an important class of organic molecules that contain one or more indole or indoline motifs. They widely distribute as secondary metabolites in bacteria, fungi, plants and animals.Some indole alkaloids have been demonstrated to be cytotoxic, analgesic, antibacterial, neuritogenic, immunosuppressive , stem cell differentiation regulatory and others.Many research groups are therefore working to discover more biologically active neobases containing sulfonium groups.However, there are few polyketide-indole hybrids (PIHs), and the number of chiral carbons in the polyketones is large, resulting in complex configurations , so the absolute configuration should be determined. In addition, the determination of the absolute configuration is difficult and technically difficult.
